Like our foundation training program, our intermediate program also comes in two packages. The first is our Intermediate One-On-One Program which includes 4 private lessons and 6 group classes.
The second is our Intermediate Day Train Program that includes 4 day trains with lessons at the end of the day and 6 months of group classes.
